Please note that sometimes these requests may take up to 6-8 weeks to be effective, particularly if we are removing your name from postal mailings. In addition, when you purchase from us online or through our catalogs we may need to contact you via phone, email or mail to address questions specific to your order, even if you have opted to not receive communications.

NapaStyle Barn Door Shipping Information

Standard Orders

  • Orders received Sunday - Thursday generally ship the next business day (subject to availability, as shown on the product page). Orders received on Friday and Saturday ship on Monday.  We ship via FedEx. Our standard delivery is Ground, which takes 3 to 10 business days.

Continental United States Addresses

  • FREE Standard shipping on all products excluding furniture and oversized merchandise.  All furniture and oversized merchandise will have a flate shipping rate.


  • We apologize but at this time we are unable to ship to PO Box, APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship international.

Furniture/Oversize items

  • Please allow up to an additional 3 weeks for delivery.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipments

  • Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is via Fed Ex 2/3 days and carries a surcharge. All orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped express.

Furniture Delivery

  • Most items ship within 2 weeks. Basic delivery consists of curbside placement of your merchandise.

  • For your security, please return merchandise by trackable means with an insured carrier (e.g. FedEx, UPS).

    Once your package is received, we will credit your account for the purchase price. We will issue you a refund directly to your credit card for the purchase price, including tax, of the product. If the item is damaged or defective we will also refund the original shipping cost. Gift items that are returned for credit will be credited to the purchaser (credit card holder).

Clearance/Sale Items

  • All Clearance sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
